I opened a checking account, received my account number ATM bank card etc the next day I tried to use my card at Kroger's and it was declined, knowing I deposited more than enough money to cover my purchase I went to the credit union the next morning when a rep tells me that my money was on hold because they received a warning from a service that I owed a bank. I called the company and found out my old bank PNC had never removed a fraudulent transaction on my acct with them nor removed it from my credit report. I resolved it and called NFCU back to explain and was told I could still wd funds but only with a teller until I provided the letter from PNC to prove transactions were fraudulent. I went bank to the credit union days later to wd small amount and welcomed with straight rudeness from the teller to the Rep at a desk by the name of Christine. First of all when I opened the account the warning should've appeared so why did you allow me to deposit and open a account. I bank with 2 other banks and have never been treated with such rude and no professionalism at all. I was told in a rude way that I had 10mins to do my transaction and speak with someone then told you now how 2mins then we will have to ask you to leave. Mind you I was never rude or spoke in a negative manner. After being treated the way I did, I just closed my account and took my money elsewhere. I received a email from PNC fraud dept to prove the warning was invalid and the company that sent the warning also received the memo but it would take awhile to be removed but until then per a NFCU rep all they needed was a letter stating the warning transaction was resolved. I went in to only receive cash not to close my new account but after being treated in such a negative manner I want no dealings at this NFCU on Sabre or any other branches. I've been on hold on the phone for 30mins to make a complaint. Christine you were truly rude and at a time when so much is going on in our country, nobody should have to be subjected to the manner you handled yourself in a business.

Apparently if you are black you can park in front of their glass doors in the fire lane preventing others from parking, so if you cant park in a space I guess you park in the fire lane. But the lighter skinned minority gets asked to move. Not coming back here.

You go to navy federal bank once, you never go back to the other banks. This is the bank you won't regret.
