Navy Federal Credit Union St Johns Industrial Pkwy, Jacksonville

I visit this location quite frequently and I have to say that it is a fine establishment that works hard to provide their guests with a welcoming experience. The only reasons why I provided this location with a 4 star review instead of 5 is purely because I believe that the speed of their workers could be improved and there has been about three to four times I visited this location to see that their atms were down. Overall the location is fairly clean and in a very convenient location for residents.

I've bank with them for a while and have been well taken care of so far. Great staff that are helpful with getting loans, credit card and etc.

For some reason their ATM's are the slowest I've experienced. Plus it seems that they can't accept a deposit in the weekend quite often. Their other services are typically what you expect, friendly and helpful.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible after my telephone experience with loan officer Jessica Bushnell. The service she provided to myself and my son was abhorrent. We are in the process of obtaining pre-approval for the purchase of a home but she offered no assistance, kindness, or respect to a future homeowner. Her responses to our questions were void of professionalism, tact and interest. I am highly disappointed in the service we received today. And after being a loyal customer of Navy Federal Credit Union I will be reevaluating my continued business with this financial institution.

They do get the job done but aren't as friendly as Navy Federal, Atlantic Beach Fl. Staff at both places are very knowledgeable this one just lacks being personable . But over all GREAT SERVICE!!

Best bank I have ever had. This particular location always has a fast line, friendly greeters at the door, and they are always willing to help you out to the best of their ability or find someone who can help. Great location, great credit union.

From the moment we walked in, the staff is friendly and helpful. They walk you to the waiting area, and ask if you need anything. The bank itself is beautiful and clean. This is the best bank experience I have ever had, thanks Navy Federal!

My very first review ever and this is why! The wait is sometimes long but that's expected at a bank. I've been in and out sometimes and I've been there waiting for 30-40mins it just depends on peak hours I'm a realist. However! I came here for my Auto Loan and Joshua helped me out and man oh man did he truly help me. He even got the dealership to drop $1,500 off price for me since my loan was capped at a certain amount and I got the lowest APR minimum they offered with my credit. I was there well past closing and Joshua stayed with me the entire time. I am very very happy thanks a lot brother.

I'm wheelchair bound and double doors can offer a slight challenge but the employees rushed to help.me and the niceness did not stop at the door. From start to finish my visit was enjoyable and easy. Always love navy federal.

Tellers are not helpful or friendly. They need costumer service trainning. Always have issues in this specific branch.
