Good bank but the ATM is never open when I get there, it's always says "temporarily down sorry for the inconvenience" and it's a pain in the butt. They need to fix this.

I have had interesting (bad) experiences with this Branch. In the Fall of 2018 (Last Year) I went in to request a replacement card. The teller I was talking to was on a personal call complaining about the rain, and though I gave her my information and all my cards she wasn't really paying attention to me. I was made to wait for 30 minutes for my card, at which point the teller had finished her call and gotten my card for me. In a hurry and running late, I left. It took a week before I realized the card they'd given me didn't work at all, the name on it was incorrect, and I couldn't use it. I called the # and the answering agent told me he didn't see a card issued from my account. So I returned to the branch. Frustrated I explained how I had tried to give my information to the teller who was too busy complaining about the weather on a personal call on company time. The teller I explained this to, got really rude with me claiming that there was nothing wrong with my card at all, the name on my card was the name on my account, and the previous teller wasn't responsible for my mistake. One of the other tellers offered to correct my name in their system, sat me down, and asked me when I'd moved from Florida and what my new address was. Having had my online account hacked I figured this MUST have been the hacker, and I explained I'd never lived in Florida but in 2015 my account was hacked from Florida, and I received a text while visiting my friend to advise me of changes to my account. I was issued a new card and allowed to reset my pin. I told them I was going to check it in the ATM, to make sure it worked. When I checked it, the balance it came back with was incorrect and I went back in. I explained that this wasn't my account, there was too much money in it. The same girl who had gotten rude with me said, 'so now you're upset that you have too much money?' And I said, this isn't my account, I shouldn't have this much money in it. My job pays me well, but not THAT well. They asked me to put in my social security #, and both girls about freaked out. 'Where did you get this card?' The teller who'd helped me asked, I explained that personal call gave me the original card while complaining about the weather. It turned out that I had been walking around with access to someone else's account for a whole week. As I explained it to my appalled family I said, it's a good thing I'm not a crook! Can you imagine the scandal? And that poor lady's account deposits sound like a retirement fund, she's probably on a fixed income. Needless to say it ultimately was fixed, but it is something that I doubt I'd ever forget.

These people are great and helpful and efficient. Not sure who the folks that go into this bank looking like poor crackheads and panhandling vagrants are (since you're supposed to be military or related I thought to have account) but they must have an account at the bank. Guess that's just the normal filthy lack of concern or personal pride some folks have in a desert town where there's very little to live for. But again....they have bank accounts so that's good, right?

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff.

Rudest customer service I have ever delt with. The blonde with short dike hair cut was extremely rude and didn't want to help us. The front desk receptionist told us navy federal doesn't offer mutal funds, which isn't true. Worst branch I have ever gone to. We had to drive an hour to even get here and everything could have been delt with over a phone call, even though I received an email saying I needed to go into a branch. What a waste of my day.

I was just in there today and I suffered through so much the past few months, both in my personal life as well as trying to deal with Navy Federal's over the phone service. It was horrible, to say the least. However, today I drove from Sahuarita all the way to Sierra Vista to stop into a branch. Luckily for me, Rosmarie was there to help! She was very attentive, caring, understanding, and above all HELPFUL! She got my account back on track and I couldn't be happier with her service! I will always be driving down to see her rather than dealing with those over the phone employees. Thank you so much for giving me some sunshine on this cloudy day!

The Navy Federal in Sierra Vista Arizona is so unprofessional. The bank teller was talking back to me the whole time and she rolled her eyes when I asked her to put a check into my checking account. I wish I could give this bank 0 stars... the navy federal in Jacksonville NC is amazing tho.

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. I needed a new debit credit. I was in and out the bank in less than 10 minutes.

Worst customer service and worst online banking I have ever encountered in any financial institution.
