Navy Fed used to be open until 5:30 now it's only 5 p.m. pretty much worthless to have a bank now because they're open the exact hours that I work and I can't make it there on time. so disappointed. I hope this isn't covid related because covid exists after 5 p.m. 30 minutes isn't going to make a difference

By far the best financial institution I have ever been a part of. The customer service and products offered is amazing. Been a member of the big banks in the past but I will never do that again. The big Banks treated me like I didn’t matter but Navy FCU treats me like family and that I am someone they do want to help. Thank you Navy FCU!

As other people said up here the staff is very arrogant and I found out that was true specifically the red head manger treated me so unprofessionally and really looked down at me and I have never had a bank manger act this way to me I think she not ready for a management position yt in my opinion. and the other employee her name is Mandy who actually should not be doing any kind of customer service job as she is very rude and have a very wired way of conducting her duties every time I'm there she makes me feel like I'm some Criminal making a deposit into his bank account and if anything happens she would act like you broke the law totally unprofessional. if she is helping me that day I'm always leaving the bank unhappy so dont go near that energy. I advice corporate to make some changes and add more friendly staff or managers not just people who geet you in the front door and be rude to you in the office . This is for Veteran's and we deserve people who can actully treat us well .

Quite arrogant staff. Customer service is ridiculous. They don’t perform the services other co-op credit unions perform (cashier’s checks). In the end, the Walmart next door was not only more professional, but overall more useful!

Have been in there probably 5 times the last 3 months for actual customer service and have had awesome service.
