I just had the BEST experience with a teller named Shirley. She showed me how to request a cashier’s check using the app and she was so pleasant, polite, and professional during my entire visit. I adore this branch and I’ll definitely return here whenever I need assistance or banking. Thank you for such a great conversation, Shirley! You brightened my whole day!

Everyone was so so nice in there and very helpful! They took care of me immediately. 10/10 for sure!

The assistant manager Tiffany is all about customer service. She went above and beyond to help me with my banking situatiion. She did not let me leave out of there until I was satisfied. I really appreciate her attitude and commitment to making me a happy customer!

I'm going to make this a positive review rather than a negative, because it isn't the staff's fault. They're really friendly at this location, but the ATMs are not. One of the ATMs doesn't ever seem to accept my money no matter how much I try to make sure the bills are straight. I used the other ATM today and it completely froze on me and wouldn't let go of my card and even after giving back my card, the receipt it printed was inaccurate. I went inside and talked to two of the staff members and they were really helpful and helped me solve the issue I had. I feel like the ATMs need a bit of maintenance on them, because I always seem to be standing out there for over 20 minutes trying to deposit quite a bit of money.

I went in to open a new account. They told me to go outside to get info from my car and went back to them. They told me they can't let me in due to there "security" policy. They told me to go outside just so they wouldn't help me. Spoke to the manager and she didn't even care all they cared about was getting off worst service ever!!!

Would have given 5 had I not watched one of your back room employees who seemed to be a manager openly flirt with a client who was making a banking transaction with one of your desk clerks. Watching her bat her eyes , talk slick and use her straw in the cup was drinking out of like it was a toy while conversating wasn't just disgusting but pretty darn unprofessional. She couldn't have made it more obvious that they've either already had relations or she wanted to. Seriously get a room.

2017-09-27 had to stop here to cash a check, but I'm not a member, so had to present 2 forms of ID (my driver's license and bank/debit card) and put my thumbprint on the check that I needed to cash. The young lady teller/cashier was nice and friendly.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I came in to the branch and requested a new Active Duty Checking card. Come to find out, the woman gave me another Evetyday Checking card rather than the one I requested. This has been such a nuisance. Extremely incompetent workers.

Navy Federal is the best Credit Union Bank. The employees are very polite and helpful. The atmosphere there always make you feel welcome.

Navy Federal is a great place to do business. Friendly, helpful staff. My one complaint is that they do not have a diaper changing station, despite having plenty of room in the restroom.
