    I made purchase online with Wal-mart and shipped to a different address so fraud systems service sent a message for me to contact them to verify the purchase before it was processed. Awesome!!!!!! Thanks for watching my back. I need all my money I can save its going to a lot of $$$ to get to 2024 in one peace

    I love my Credit Union! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Never too long of a wait, but, of course this depends on time, day, time of month, etc... Usually more tellers if it is a busy time. There are lots of benefits to being a credit union member! They have 2 loans every year that are super easy to get because you are pre approved when they offer it to you. All you have to do is sign the paper and turn it in. Basically states you will pay it and the small interest rate back. That's it! A simple 10 month payment schedule. Usually in your savings account by that night or the next day! Love the ease of that! This also betters your chances of securing any other type of loan with them and benefits your credit score.

    When I first started banking here, the customer service was decent. lately these people have really been starting to tick me off with lack of condtincy in the implementation of their policies. I recently deposited a large check, and despite being told some of it would be available by today, the entire check is still on hold. In the past, a portion of it would be available the same day I make the deposit. I'm ready to switch banks at this point as I feel like customer service here either doesn't know what they're doing,not I'm being lied to.

    Just had to wait 30 minutes to make a deposit because there was only one teller that could make a co-op deposit. Both tellers had an attitude. Completely uncalled for. I will definitely plan to drive out of my way to use another shared branch. I didn't have an attitude, and theirs was completely unnecessary.

    Three years ago this was the best CU around. Over the last two years thats changed. They've mismanaged their covid response to the point where branches are suddenly closed the app is slow , no telling how long itll take w charge to clear or what your actual balance is. Ive taken out a loan with this bank and payed it off but I get no preference or better rates. We are done.

    RUDE!!!! Walked in, where 4 employees were gathered together talking and as soon as they saw us they scattered. NOBODY said anything to us for a few minutes! Finally the lady at the car window turned around and asked if we had an appointment. Ummmm how about “how can I help you?” Told her we were there to deposit a check and then buy a CD. She told me I didn’t have an account and brought the check to me. Me, getting more irritated by the second told my husband, he needed to handle this. So he tells her the same and she says ok. Granted, he is the primary on the account, but we have 3 accounts with Navigator and NEVER have I had to have my husband deposit MY money for me! What are we, stuck in 1920?! We will be pulling our accounts from Navigator and as soon as the CDs mature we will go elsewhere!

    I wanted to open a bank account. 15 min I was sitting in their lobby with 2 boys, and noone came out to greet me. Well, will go to another bank. Poor customer service.
