Doug went above and beyond for us and we appreciate the time he spent assuring us and answering any questions we had no matter how many times we thought we were bugging him, he made it perfectly clear that's what he was there for. We had a great experience and would 100 percent recommend Doug and his team! We were turned away by Rocket Mortgage and Nations Lending made up for that and we are thankful we got to work with them because they made the process way smoother than the first go round.

We are first time home buyers and were very nervous about the process. From the first time we stepped in the office they made us feel so comfortable and informed us about any and everything we needed to know. They held our hand threw the whole process and kept us updated with everything. The are very organized, informative and overall just good people. Tara which is the assistant was always there and always was available for questions. Bill and Kim did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone trying to buy a house.
