National Jewelry and Pawn provided my fiancé with an outstanding customer service and experience today. My family is currently in a bad financial situation, and had to resort to bringing in very very sentimental belongings, which was absolutely heartbreaking for us. Of course, we plan to complete the repayment so that the items won’t technically be gone forever. The wonderful employee with glasses, taller stature (did not catch his name sadly!) gave us options, which were all reasonable and affordable. Extremely kind and understanding, and was so patient with us. Thank you so much National Jewelry and Pawn.

Very polite and considerate and for customers who are needing extra money when life unexpectancies occur. My pawns were at risk of being forfeited and they gave me the fee extra days until my pay so I wouldn't loose my belongings. Thank you National jewelry and pawn you guys are the best!!!
