Nathan was so helpful and provided all the information and guidance we needed throughout the home buying process. As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn. Nathan made everything clear and answered all of our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again and in fact have refinanced through him once when the situation was right for us.

We were dealing with a different lender during our home building process and wernt getting answers, could never get ahold of anyone and they wern't willing to think outside the box like Nathan did.. So we switched when we heard about Nathan about 6 weeks before our closing date.. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and the amount of hard work he put in to get us into our new DREAM home. Being a first time home buyer and finding the right lender is a stressful process, but once I started working with Nathan all my worries went away! Nathan helped me to refinance my home several years ago, which has helped me to save a lot of money. He was very helpful in explaining and walking me through the process, and was fast, organized and efficient. Everything went off without a hitch, and I couldn't have been more pleased!

Nathan truly took the stress out of buying my first home. He explained every step of the process and all of the financial details with me clearly and patiently from start to finish. He took the time to meet with me and discuss my options and the relative benefits of different down payments, mortgage types, etc. before even submitting my application. He subsequently did this throughout every step of the process through closing, making sure to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me fully. I was never left feeling like I didn't understand what I was signing, or the exact dollar amounts I would be paying--there were no surprises. In comparison, I reached out to several other brokers/lenders when originally shopping for a mortgage, and all gave me the impression that they would be happy to give me a loan but didn't want to spend the time to discuss the details with me. Additionally, Nathan found me a mortage with excellent rates, enabled an accelerated closing, and was available at all hours to provide support when it came time to make an offer on a house.
