First , let me say !! My loan Officer Ms. Alyssa Rios is amazing ... she was very caring and attentive to my needs with my new auto Loan. Only if other loan officers I encountered in the past were as patient and understanding as she was. Ms. Emily was also very understanding and knowledgeable ! Truly, all the staff there is very sweet, even the new ones. I love my bank !

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I refinanced my car with them and traded in my old one. It’s been a month since I got my new vehicle and I’m now making payments on two cars. One I no longer have. My loan officer Alyssa can never answer any questions about what’s going on and when I spoke to the manger Emily she basically said oh well. I’ve called several times a day for the past few weeks to speak to someone about resolving the issue. Neither one will return phone calls or anything. They won’t even return the phone calls the dealership makes to get in contact with them. They have made no attempts in reaching out to me or the dealership. I’m still trying to figure out what to do. I would definitely not recommend this place for loans.

A great place to bank with. I've been using this CU for 30 years and won't go anywhere else. Staff is always very helpful and friendly to all who enter. They offer a wide-range of services and have great rates for auto loans. Their online banking is simple and easy to use. The staff caters to the needs of the clients and is always willing to help with your banking, saving and borrowing needs.
