We recently refinanced our home loan with American Pacific Mortgage. Nancy LeMessruier was our loan officer. Her customer service was excellent. She was there any time we needed her throughout the process. We had previously tried to refinance with our original lender but we were unsuccessful because of the poor customer service of our loan officer. We exceeded the time limit to complete the process and so after a great of time and energy the loan application was canceled at the last stages of signing. We never talked to a person on the phone and rarely were our emails answered. Nancy however was available by email and phone whenever we needed her. She is wonderful to work with.
