I been knowing about Naca for about 10 yrs.. I I started my journey in August 2021 and I'm almost done my mortgage counselor Nicole is the best she's worked with me I've had some deaths in my family and had to push back some of my appointments however I do have an appointment with her tomorrow morning March 26th 2022 just to review my account before she submits me to be qualified I really enjoyed working with her and she has been very helpful

Naca has helped many families to purchase their first home over the years.Currently going through the process.Just the thought of not having to have thousands of dollars for a down payment and closing cost. I would recommend this program for first time home buyers.

My initial experience with NACA was not too satisfying as I had two appointment cancelled in a span of six months. I currently have a new counselor and things are looking up, I am pretty confident that the process will be smooth from this point. Anticipating reaching the finish line.

We are working our way through the process of being homeowners again, after being hit hard by the housing crash of 2008. NACA has let us know exactly where we need to be and how to get there. The process is very detailed, but if you don’t wait until the last minute to provide what is needed, you should be ok. Thank you for making home ownership possible for us again!

I have been in this process since January 2019. Their requirements are helpful for getting you on a good financial path over time. While I anticipate that ultimately the service will be valuable to me, the process is often confusing because of getting different information from different counselors. The slow process is made slower when there are NACA initiated appointment cancellations, and the wait for new dates is not always quick. Hopefully you will get a good counselor who will work with and for you.

TRUST THE PROCESS ! NACA counselors are in your corner . Have patience, trust your counselor and be organized. Your mortgage counselor will guide you to the best mortgage in America...hands down worth all the effort and patience !

There's so much paperwork. Which is great for the organized people. This program makes you think about your finances soon that you can reach your goal. The process is definitely arduous an tedious. The counseling sessions are remote which is great during these times. The counselors have been very optimistic and professional. They are very understanding when you do not understand the paperwork required.

I'm currently in the Naca program and while this program is to help obtain home ownership, it also teaches patience budgeting, discipline, accountability and responsibility. I'm currently in the beginning stages and look forward to seeing it all the way to the end. If you are willing to put in the work, Naca will work for you. Stay the course.

I first heard of NACA a few years ago from someone who went thru the program and was very satisfied and now is a home owner. I decided try the program and go thru the process. I started the journey in January and so far so good. I am presently working with Ona Robertson and she is excellent. I've had the pleasure of speaking with Bobby Brown and he offered helpful information on the process. One has to be very organize with the paperwork. I will come back later and update my journey and give pointers to future homeowners.
