Jennifer did my 2020 taxes. Was fine. She asked to review my 2019 to see if she could amend them. She charged me full price and then told me I’d be getting money back. Well I never did. Then she said she would refund me the amount she charged since she was wrong. Well she never did. I’ve called numerous times and never get any response back. Never use her again. Just wanted the refund she promised and didn’t deliver and then evades me and never returns phone calls.

Let me say first off by saying they are awesome. I tried to do it myself and almost owed $2,000 I went to tax angel and they saved my butt.
