I have been banking with My Community for almost 15 years. It was the first bank account I ever had. I used to think this was a great bank until recently. In December I had 7 fraudulent charges from Seoul, Korea that weren't considered suspicious and went through. I had to cry to the an employee to please refund me the money since the investigation would take too long and I couldn't wait as I had to pay rent in these hard times. Finally 4 months later they concluded their investigation, had I not cried to the employee I would of had to wait 4 months to get my money back. I then found out mine and others personal information had been stolen as a cause of a phishing incident. The fraudulent charges were the banks internal fault yet I had to suffer the consequences and stress. The bank NEVER apologized. I do NOT recommend!!

I have never been overdrawn I’ve always had over 1000 dollars in my acct me and my wife are jointly on the account and there is a temporary hold on my account and the bank has the power to release it but they rather hold it and keep letting charges go thru and keep charging me courtesy charges and I asked to get help with it getting released and the way these reps talk to me and they told my wife they’ll call us back and nothing and humiliated her in front of a lot of people in the lobby when we went in there with our frustrations and basically begging they just laughed and asked why are we crying it’s just ridiculous the institutions we trust with our money are the same people robbing us with a smile and laughing at us

Use to be a really good bank. Now it’s such a crappy bank. Your accounts get frozen without notification. So if you are trying to pay somewhere your card gets declined. I don’t recommend getting a credit card with them because they will use that as one of the reasons to freeze your account. And making any arrangements with the dumb girls that call your phone is pointless because they don’t know anything. The only thing they say is I’ll let my manager know. Also if you want to go pay on a loan they won’t accept some quarters to pay it. So you have to go back somewhere to get the quarters changed into dollars at a convenience store when they are a bank I shouldn’t be having that kind of problems with a bank. I no longer bank with this incompetent bank just paying a couple of loans I owe until I am completely out.

This is where truly negative stars should be given. Just avoid this circus all together. How they are still in business is unbelievable. And please, have someone reach out to me on your behalf. I would love to voice my bad experience with our business checking and savings account.

They need to significantly improve on their internal and external communication skills! Hard to get through when calling their office. Online service needs to be worked on and should give us the ability to reset our password instead of disabling our account and having to call them which makes it hard because you usually wait more than 30 min for someone to help you and after waiting all that time they hang up the call! What about when its the weekend...no number to call for help 👎

Best place in west Texas to bank with. I've had a membership here from 1995 till now. It's had a lot of changes and grown but still friendly service and great locations. All I'd like to see is one large window for field/service trucks.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They used to treat members like they were important. Now everyone is just a number and a way to generate bank fees. Avoid them.

Their online banking is complete garbage. It always shows an incorrect amount which makes it easy to go negative. The staff is good though.

They’re always closed for multiple days for “holidays” it’s ridiculous. the atm is never working. The people skills are at a low.
