    Avoid this Bank and take your money somewhere else. Their payment apps and website run like it’s 2005 and then they’ll charge you a $15 service fee when you go to use the phone payment system as a last resort

    I really like the bank but i caught covid was out an entire month i called made arrangements on my auto loan long story short Diane the Loans Manager was very ugly to me! Told me the customer i never pay on time anyway (which was lie i pay my note plus interest monthly) but i was having a hard time! i was at work she was arguing with me so at a point i had to hang up she put me in repo status over 157.00 cause i didnt pay it monday when i hung up in her face but was prepared to pay friday like the recording would confirm. Then she lied and said she waited 2 days before she did it i said if thats the case i called jan.31, and Feb, 1 to confirm my payment she said i hung up so she put me in collections for 900.00 thats fine i know she was trying to break me mentally especially after going through this terrible virus well i hope she answers the phone cause i have your money Diane the $900 you was hoping i would get repoed over!!! ANSWER THE PHONE I WOULDNT WANT TO PAY THIS MONEY TO ANYONE ELSE BUT YOU( happy face) and I will be speaking to YOUR BOSS, i know you have one, talk to you soon!!!

    If you like to deposit after hours or even withdraw I would reccomend another bank. This one only has one ATM for Odessa and it's broken every other time I try to use it. Once it even broke while I was depositing cash. Gave me an error receipt, it was a Saturday and they told me I had to wait until Monday to fill out a form and wait to be credited!!!! If it were a better bank I could have called and they would have credited right away.

    I wish my husband read the reviews before financing with this bank. He had several of the issues other clients are having. One thing I do agree with is the manager Angel has good hospitality. Therefore I believe he is a good boss/manager to work for, but whoever trained the tellers should not be training them. From the beginning I told my husband never to bank with a bank that does not have a website to see your detail transaction online. As another client he went into the bank to schedule auto draft and for some reason the following month they told him that he did not set up auto draft and had to pay late fees. At this bank you can pay online, but you can not get a detail outline of your payments you have to go into the bank to get a detail print out of your transaction. He called to let them know that he was laid off of work because the of COVID 19 to get a deferment and they told him he could not get a deferment and he is current on payments. all other banks or finance company did with out hesitation. I advised his to make sure his payments are always on time for the next 6 months and refinance with another bank finance company (Ally Financial). No more private banks

    I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have 3 accounts with them. Nothing but issues. When I call everyone is rude. If you're considering joining because credit unions are supposed to be easier to get a loan through then I recommend going with a different one. We have an account with Complex credit union as well and they are always friendly and we've financed multiple vehicles and homes with them. We opened our accounts with My Community to have other options. My Community will NEVER be an option. They're not going in business to help their members. They just want your money. They talk about their Kasasa cash back accounts. It's all lies!! You're never going to earn your cash back and you'll get the run around when you call about it. This place is just awful!!! Go to Complex. You'll actually be treated like a valued member.

    Worste place ever to try and get a refinance loan. They say they will get back to you and they never will it seems like they start on them until you keep calling and calling. Then you try and get ahold of the person that you are being helped with and they never answer, forward your call or their excuse is that they are short staffed. I've been trying to get an answer for 3 weeks and I'm still trying to get one but when I call I get ignored or no one answers the phone.

    I would give this bank 0 stars if I could. I have NEVER had such a bad experience with any bank. I deposited a check into my bank account where I am supposed to be able to TRUST the bank to protect my money, but because I had been married and changed my name, my name on the check didn’t match my name on the account so they rejected the check..... THREE WEEKS AFTER IT CLEARED INTO THE ACCOUNT! So I go on my way spending money from this check and then come to find out weeks later that it’s been rejected and my account went negative. So naturally I call to try and figure out what’s going on with this check, and THE BANK CANT FIND IT!!!! The bank can’t find my check! How great is that?!?!?! So now I have a negative bank account balance and the only way to clear it is to pay MORE of my own money because they can’t find the check!! I am livid and will be closing my account AS SOON as we pay off the balance that I shouldn’t be having to pay off! TERRIBLE bank I would not recommend you start an account here!!

    I got a loan for my truck here and it has been nothing but issues since day one. First month I didn’t get a statement. No apology, just made me pay a bunch of fees to process payment. Lady was supposed to set up auto pay. She didn’t do the next month I was late and getting calls and emails Bc I hadn’t paid since I thought it was auto drafted. So I pay and ask this other guy to set up auto pay. He sets it up and it takes payment out twice in same day. I’ve never received an apology or anything. Anytime I start to talk about the issues they just cut me off. I will never do business here again and as soon as I can I will refinance my truck somewhere else

    I wouldn't even give this "bank" 1 star of I could.... they have terrible customer service, and the one and only time I ever had to report fraudulent charges on my account, I had explain it about 5 times (she didn't get it) and then fight with them to remove them. Them for the first year of our loan with them, they continously called to tell us that it was late every month even though we were current on payments. They simply are the worst. Don't waste your time here....
