The worst customer service. Agents are barely trained, and don't seem to understand the mortgage process. The only thing they are probably trained to do is accept payments. If you have a choice, do not use this company.

Never answer there phones, don't call back if you leave a message. My loan was sold to Mr. Cooper and now I cannot make a payment, stay far away from Mr. Cooper and there affiliates Title365

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Mr. Cooper just took over the servicing of my home loan. A payment was made through autopay and they keep attempting to take another payment. After multiple calls to customer service, they can only say sorry and cannot do anything to reverse it or stop the process. CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS!!!

Worst possible customer experience. You will hate this mortgage company throughout the entire term of the loan. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. AWFUL company.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! They wasted months of my time with a refinance ,they were going to do for me. They are already my Leander but, because of their incompetence I’m making it my top priority to change landers to anyone but them! Please take my word for it, stay fare away!!!

This is the worst company that I ever had to deal with, I have sent multiple emails with no response, I started the process of refinancing my house in the very beginning of November and it's already mid January and I have made no progress, every time I call I get a answering machine and I have left several messages with no response, they have passed my case to two different agents so far and both of them are worthless!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

This is by far the worst mortgage company around. Nobody will call you back, the fees are outrageous, the rates are higher than anywhere else, and the turn times to close your loan is over 3 months. I have no idea how they are even in business.

worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. month after month, they somehow misplace my payment, then when I call, all they can say is I owe them. Then I go to the bank, spend an hour there while the bank wrestles with them. How close to fraud to you have to get before, I can cal the local D.A., that's my question

Just found out our Citi mortgage bought out by Mr Cooper. They were suppose to continue the auto withdrawal with no delays. Well, already late. Guess I'll have to search for a new mortgage company. Arghhhhh hate this.

The most awful company on the planet. They never respond to emails they never return phone calls it took nine months to get my house refinanced. I had invested so much time and money I would’ve gone elsewhere. Don’t ever work with this terrible company
