Jen Miklos, Tina McCormick and their entire team was responsive professional courteous helpful... all the qualities I required od my team when I owned my Mortgage Broker business. Obviously, the team follows the leader, so Jen, Tina and their team were the tens!!!

I submitted an application for a mortgage and called multiple times in the span of 2 and a half weeks with no information on if they would approve me for a mortgage. Every time I called there was no update. But they ran my credit the day I submit my application. This was a horrible experience.

May be great for buying a home, but good luck if you are trying to refinance. Half a dozen calls and 4 times I have been told on that particular day that I called, that my estimates would be sent to me. With the market the way it is and rates going up as they have been, their 3-4 weeks of ignoring me or not following through may very well have caused me 10s of thousands of dollars over a 30 year period. Not happy at all. I have given up and will be going elsewhere. I had a realtor in my community say Jennifer is a sweet gal, but the biggest complaint is her lack of communication and slow response. Guess they were right. I will be happy to take this down if they can turn things around, but I have a feeling it will be too little too late.

This was the smoothest mortgage process we have been through. Trey was great to work with, knowledgeable, helpful and guided us every step of the way. He took the stress out of the whole process. Highly recommend working with Trey.

Jennifer did an excellent Job with our Home Buyer. The Buyers had to switch lenders prior to closing at no fault of their own and Jennifer came in and saved the day. Jennifer and her team were very Professional and they Over Delivered. We even had the option of closing early!! Thank you again Jennifer Micklos!!

I started working with them. After a week waiting for approval, I called them and was told the person I was working with resigned and they would handle things. The next time I called they closed and moved out of state. Had to find a new mortgage company. Not a happy customer.

I have been working with Jennifer Micklos in Clermont. She and her office has been extremely helpful and right on top of things. Very Happy with them.
