We had the pleasure of working with Mimi through the loan process when buying our new home. Mimi definitely had our best interest in mind when searching for our loan. She ran us so many options and choices and broke it down very simply for us to understand. And thoroughly explained the difference between FHA and Conventional loans. She gave us different scenarios with different down payments and what the month installment would be. Mimi was available every time we called her, including 10pm on Sunday! We ended up going with Quicken loans and were hesitant at first sure to the bad reviews and reputation, but that is with the Quicken retail side under the Rocket mortgage brand. Jeff works with the wholesale side and Jeff pushed the process through start to finish with his team of contacts at Quicken. We got the best rates possible in this market and were cleared to close ahead of schedule. We definitely recommend Jeff and were more than happy with our experience.

I am an employee of the Cannabis Industry, which makes getting any type of loan extremely difficult. Nick told me that he had just the person for me, Mimi Martin, who would take on the job and do whatever it took to make my home financing issues non-existent.
