Awesome Branch. Customer Service is Awesome too. They really go out of there way in guiding you into good credit or make better. I highly recommend Mountain America to my Family & Friends.

They never answer the phone. Even after you leave them voicemails. They never get back to you. Sometimes we cannot come into the branch and we NEED to talk via phone call.

Went in today and was treated very poorly from inside teller. Customer service needs to be improved. Also when someone is the only physical customer in the bank, maybe acknowledge their existence.

This place blows any credit union out of the water when it comes to customer service & services. Everyone I’ve ever worked with seems to bend over backwards to make sure you leave happy & on a good note. Highly recommend this place.

This branch went above and beyond for us. Whitney and her manager were amazing to work with. They even stayed late to accommodate our work schedules. I highly recommend them.

Greetings, I stopped into this branch on a Saturday, spoke to a Representative about a CC application, and the information needed to process my app. I gave this person a document, which she copied, which showed where to send the payments: I even had my emails about the app, and my app id: She stated she noted it, and would see it got taken care of. NOPE....something happened, and I am HOPING she did not put my CC information on another account, and it is merely a 'communications ' issue between branches, and application processing person. BUT there is a DISCONNECT! I have been emailing, calling ALL week to resolve this application issue which has gone on for almost TWO weeks: As a new customer/client NOT a happy camper at this point. I will have to call branch manager tomorrow, and possible stop by the place to resolve this(2nd trip!!!). For this reason, rating a 2.

Love my credit union This branch set up is a bit strange but I do like all the employees quite a bit they are very friendly and helpful! Keep it up

Excellent customer service!! I worked with Ms. Jensen last week and she was wonderful! Not only did she take care of my problem, she called me today to follow up and make sure everything was working!
