    I made a stop to this location on Wednesday, roughly 1:30. I unfortunately forgot the tellers name; I believe Austin, he was the only one working at the time. He was incredible, I was debating on using MACU for a couple personal and business accounts and his customer service helped that decision greatly. Austin (I hope is his name) took time to ask sincere questions and go through extra mile. I appreciated him, and would hire him on the spot for my own company.

    My wife has had a hard time getting a Cashier's Checks twice now at this location. The tellers name was Super. Both times he was very reluctant to give the Cashier's check for some reason and delayed as much as he could. He finally gave it to her today but mispelled Rocky Mountain Power as Rocky Mortgage and he was few cents off so my wife needs to now go to another location to have it fixed since she will not get the needed help at this branch. This is unfortunate as I have never had issues with the other tellers there and I was not with her at the time. If I was I would have definitely asked for the branch manager. Please beware.

    This Bank cannot do math, very frustrating for a business having to double check them, now I worry if my account is even right. I do 3-12 check deposits a week usually I double check all math anyways, however I had an employee deposit this last one only to have my client tell me the bank only withdrew 300 rather than 3000, bit of a mistake I would say. When I confronted the bank all I got was it's right, they corrected it. But how? My client's account was only withdrawn 300 not 3000, I told the branch manager he is lying, either you gave me an extra 2700 and didn't call me or you did the transfer of 2700 from my clients account, which my clients account was not withdrawn that amount. So he lied to me. I had to bring down evidence of wrongdoing during a Virus epidemic for them to believe me, they are now going to credit my account. I now have to see all 156 transactions I've done in the last 3 years to make sure they did their job right on my dime.

    Becky at the Taylorsville location was such a delight to work with the other day. I had a sensitive matter and she gave me the resolution quite quickly, then we got to sit and chat while she worked on my account.     This is the 2nd time I've caught this bank from stealing from me, it makes me sick to how many other times I've had this happen and I didn't catch it. I was told this wouldn't happen again they would put a note on my account to double check every transaction and yet ANOTHER accounting error. I deposit a check for 8,000 and only 7,000 goes in. Incompetent employees, Incompetent managers, Incompetent bank.

    I would give this branch 5 stars only if the manager helps the staff. I went in and the tellers were scrambling to do things and I just saw the manager sit and do nothing. I then went to talk to a banker and she was very nice and I needed help with an account where she needed help but the manager could not give any answers. Why be a manager when you don't know operations? Been a few times I've seen this. This branch needs help.
