My husband and I have been planning to buy our house for a little over a year. We have been caught up in every day life events, but was able to see Brandon at the beginning of December to get a house loan. He worked endlessly to get what we needed and kept in contact with us at all times. Brandon was able to explain everything for the house loan so we were knowledgeable about it, as first time home buyers. On Feb, 7th we were able to successfully close on our house. I believe using Mortgage Solutions Financial Solutions-Powell was the best decision I could have made in my home buying process. Not only was Brandon and staff informative and helpful, knowing this is a local branch, it made me me feel comfortable and safe that I was in good hands and I would not be taken advantage of.
