Would not recommend this company to anyone! I recently talked to one of their employees about getting pre qualified for a home loan. I was referred to them by my realtor. The employee I was referred to was happy to take my information and get everything started, but I encountered a minor hiccup from student loans in the past. The minute he found out about that he immediately just stopped working on my application. Not once did he ever call me first without me calling him, usually took a day or two if I got a text back, and when he called me back the last time he was talking to other people in his office while I was on the phone with him asking him questions. He made me feel like I wasn’t good enough for his time and there was nothing him or his company could do for me. Extremely horrible customer service experience! So after my experience here I contacted new American funding and Chris Bongirno found a way to make it happen in two days! What Chris did for me in two days this employee and company couldn’t do for me in two weeks. Beware

I had a lot of problems trying to refinance my mortgage from other companies, but after hearing the ad from Mortgage Solutions on the radio one morning on my way to work, asking me " to give them a chance", I thought , what do I have to lose. I called and explained to the lady that I had lost my faith in the refinance process, but would try one last time. they told me they would have one of their people call me. It was the best decision I had made, I wished I had contacted them in the first place, it would have saved me a few thousand dollars and a lot of anxiety. A lady named Sharon Hamilton listened to my story and said she would take care of me and promised to find the problems and see my loan through to the very end.. Sharon was very professional and knew her stuff, she ran into the many roadblocks others had found and given up on, but she persevered and kept me informed along the whole process. I was very satisfied with her patience and professionalism she showed throughout the whole process. I would recommend Mortgage Solutions to any one who is thinking about, or needs a solid company to do business with... in mortgages. I am a satisfied customer. My name is Michael Montoya.

Worst 1st time home buying experience ever !! Made us jump through unnecessary hoops and had us send the same docs a few times bc they "didn't have them at the end". It took 4 MONTHS to get us to closing date. They quoted us our closing fee at 10k more than it should be on "ACCIDENT" and then fixed it after it was looked into. They said they accidently put down the wrong sale price on the home. They also add about 4k of their own fees into ur closing fee. If you have questions (which 1st time home buyers would) they get very upset and threaten to stop your loan process. The seller was very upset along with the title company. Mortgage solutions told us at 8am on closing day that we were guaranteed to close that day but... they didn't have our paperwork submitted to title co. until 3 hours after our closing appointment. Which delayed us from closing till the next week bc funds transfer couldn't be done at 5pm on a Friday The title company even stayed open an hour late to make sure they got the paperwork so they can get it all done for us the coming week. We had everything packed and in the moving truck that Friday ready to move so we had to go without beds, food ect for that time and pay for all the days we had the truck. The loan officer we had was very rude and unprofessional would not reccomend. Rose was our laon advisor/officer

Sharon and the team are wonderful to work with. Refinanced our mortgage with MSF and could not be happier with the whole process. Very courteous, thorough, and overall a joy to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage company.

The radio commercials are certainly plentiful from old Roy Clenan, but after the papers are signed, its not much else but the run around. They like to tell you that its all local, but that's a fabrication. You get directed to out of state call centers quickly where you are working with novice reps that are eager to dismiss your questions with script read responses. My latest joy filled situation involved Mortgage solutions holding onto my insurence check and preventing me from paying the local contractors that had performed the work on my home. They have very very long turn around times for every single process and excuse after excuse. I sent them the check next day air, but when i asked for the same speed in return they said " we didn't do anything wrong so we dont have to send it back quickly" good old customer service right there. The " local" office in pueblo at the start of the process was as helpful as the secretary at the front desk handing me a sticky note with a number on it while she stuffed her face with lunch and spoke with a full mouth and told me " i cant even touch that check you have to mail it in and wait for 2 weeks for a response" of course that was after i had come in a few days prior and was told to drop it off and they would send it in next day air for me. After this situation, we decided that since we were selling our current home, we would defiantly not go anywhere near ol'Roy and his sack of misinformation over at Mortgage solutions when we bought our new home. Their reps work pretty hard on relationships with the real estate agents, possibly gifting them into sending clients their way. Word to the wise, run fast, run hard, and run very very far away from this company.

Ed Posa was incredibly hard working. He got our mortgage approved for our dream home and our lives have literally been changed. I don't know anyone with the same tenacity as Ed.
