Jim Modar and Joey Evans with Mortgage Masters were magnificent to work with on my refinance in the summer of 2021. They are both very responsive and make the refinance process easy on the client. My husband and I bought our first home this year. I could have never imagined how stressful that could be. Jim and Joey were great. They did my original home loan and recently helped me refinance my mortgage. They contacted me to tell me the rates dropped and by the time I met with them they already had options printed out for me to look at. The way they break it down to you is amazing and doesn’t seem so foreign. They are both extremely nice, great customer service and will always work around your schedule. Joey has been 100% amazing and patient during the whole refi process. Between waiting for me to work on my credit and helping me every step of the way.
