Did the impossible! After extending home inspection period three times, I was worried the seller would pull out if I extended the closing date by over a month. Dwayne told me not to worry and that we would close on time (+/- 9 days). The other lenders said it was impossible but Dwayne got it done! We closed right on time and now I'm happy in my new home! FHA loans are never easy and finding out FEMA re-zoned me into a flood zone was nice and then finding out my property is the dividing line for Flood Zone A and Flood Zone C made it even more special, but Dwayne and his entire team are there to assist with any road bumps that may pop up along the way. Like I said, this was not an easy loan. Many would have walked away. Not them. They were patient, led us through every step, and got us across the finish line when at times it looked impossible.
