    Terrible service tech. Escalade 16 went just over bumper to bumper and cue screen has a defect that they don't take responsibility for. Aside from that the biggest issue I asked about the update to the cue software so Android Auto is integrated like they're supposed to be in the 2016 model but he tells me it can't be done first with apple car play which is on there already and then I tell him it's Android I'm talking about but yet again says you can't add that to the update. Seriously how can you work for Cadillac and not know basic info?

    I worked with Vanessa V and (General Manager) Pat and had a great experience! I bought a used Ford F-250 Diesel truck from them. They know more than just Caddilac! I came back for a car wash and to get my plates put on and spent a few minutes in the customer lounge... chocolate snacks, coffee, espresso, comfortable chairs, wi-fi, and a nice big TV. My son's said it was the best hot chocolate they have ever had!

    Terrible dealership. My brakes started squealing at 30,000 miles and I was told that is normal ware and tare and they wouldn't replace my brakes. Since when do brakes only last 30,000 miles. This is suppose to be an American Luxury car. Morrie's sales slogan is "Buy Happy", more like "Buy Crappy!"

    I walked away from a 20,000 deal over 290 dollars. The car salesman Justin was good, but the manager was full off BS. He said he could lose his job for lowering the price 290, yea ok, sure I will buy that. Instead of buy happy it should be they try to have you buy their BS.

    Brought my Cadillac in for repair of check engine light. One week later I was charged $1904.00 for new fuel injectors and oil change. Now my car runs worse than when I first brought it in. :(

    I test drove a used V60 Wagon last week. The salesman was quite chatty however when we went for the test drive he informed me that someone else had an appointment to see the car in 15 minutes and there was a strong possibility the car could be sold at that time. He was a stereotypical image of "the salesman".
