Jo Jo made my visit a pleasant one…she was very professional, she also went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Jo Jo was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had. Even the Manager was very nice and friendly as I was greeted when I entered and bided farewell upon leaving. Great job ladies!!! Keep up the good work during times like these a smile and positive attitude goes a long way!!!!

Upon arrival I have wait until the employee was finish playing a game on her iPhone. It was empty in the story. Her coworker was with another with a customer. I ask the staff was she available, she didn’t answer. I waited 8mins until she decided to pay me any attention. This staff is very rude. Disrespectful and made it seem as if I’m interrupting her from the game. I was very disappointed. I’m not from the area but that’s not how you treat a customer.

I went in there the girl was on her phone video chatting while im asking her a question everytime i ask i guess i interrupted her videos she would roll her eyes at me and huff ..i work for customer service headquarters and would never treat a cuatomer like thats my first and last time there ill pay bills else were

The workers always have a attitude they barely try to help you they are all getting paid for no reason
