Brett is honest and transparent, helping a first time home buyer like me with tough terminology and understanding how to qualify for the best loan for me. Secondarily, he provided me options and helped me understand the pros and cons of each. Two years later, he was even willing to sit down with me and discuss refinancing to see if this was an option for me. I realized it’s better to choose the best lender than just shopping the best rate. I highly recommend Brett and team!

This company had good reviews so I went with it. I have had nothing but trouble. I called and stayed on hold for over an hour to make a payment and still couldn't get help from a real person. What line do you call because they do not answer online inquiries and I get transferred a minimum of 4 times every phone call. Horrible first time home buying experience. And Chuck Moore with Moore lending was no better. I will be spending my tax refund to refinance with someone else, don't do it.

Moore Lending Group is very professional and makes the process enjoyable. The loan officers keep you updated throughout the entire process and they close loans quickly. Would definitely recommend!
