Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Actually cares about selling the home and puts in the time and effort to get it done. Andy put the home on the market and within a day, there was an offer and when that fell through, another offer was on the home the next day. And before thinking this was just the market, the home was literally located in the middle of no-where Maine. 45 min from Lincoln, 45 min from Houlton. Definitely would recommend Andy and Sheryl!

For the past 15 years I have found Andy Mooer’s marketing and I formation about the northern Maine area to be the best I’ve seen. The communications I’ve had with him have been forthright, honest and candid. I have been interested in the region because it’s where my ancestors lived primarily since the 1700s. The region is lucky to have this level of quality service available to them.
