I am from out of state and was looking for retirement property in Tennessee my wife and I found a home we were interested in. We contacted Moody Reality and met with Rick who took us to all properties we were interested in. We decided to make an offer on one of the properties a week later, and from being out of state I thought the process would be tough, but it wasn't at all! Working with Rick over the phone and through email he took care of all the arrangements for any paperwork, necessary home inspections and appraisal. We signed papers on the house six weeks later!
