Moneytree N Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas

Well I've been here since 8:40 this morning (one person in front of me). It's now 9:00 and I'm still standing in line behind the ONE person. It even took 10 minutes for someone to greet me. This is not a good look.

Nick was so hopeful! I was pretty stressed out when I walked in but by the time I left I felt great and he was able to help me out nick is awesome and moneytree is lucky to have him thank you nick!

Went to cash a 9k check at check city and their fees were $417 money tree was $187 for the same check. Easy experience Nick the branch manager assisted me set me up with a new net spend card which they don’t charge fees to load or unload also. Thanks money tree for making my day .

Quick, easy and painless... I actually enjoyed my interaction with staff... they really did a great job were friendly and the application and back up is the simplest and shortest of the industry's. Nice, really nice location and office... I didn't feel like I was at a loan shark... dignity and respect... I didn't have to give them 6 contacts and their phones. Best of every thing... people, interest, pay back options that lower your payments...

Was the only Moneytree I'd go to even with me living all the way in Centennial Hill's, but it definitely takes away from me being I work nights and that this store IS NOT 24 HOURS ANYMORE.Yes great customer service with fast acting and good fun people behind the glass but it is still disappointing that they close at night now.Can I ask when that happened and is it only temporarily closing or is is going to have permanent closing hours from now on?

I have been a Loyal Customer since 2015. They are always quick, and very friendly always. I have sometimes gone to Check City, and is always frustrating, and I am not kidding even standing there alone, you are waiting, and that is no good. I Love Money Tree again for being Fast and just pleasant to deal with.

I mainly go there to buy money orders. They ask if you want to leave your phone number in case it is lost or stolen. No other place has offered me that. They will also give you a free envelope.

Irene was great little does she know she was my guardian angel.Irene really did her job and went above and beyond.she was very detailed and left me with no question.Thanks we need all branches to have the same sense of customer service. She also showed great empathy for another employees mistake🌹

Moneytree is open till 11pm. I use western union at several locations. The representatives are courteous and I've been helped within min of arriving and You can get free pens.

Every time I come to this store I hope to get Maritza, not only are you always greeted with a smile but her good energy makes coming in not seem like such a chore! If you ever need help my advice would be to ask for Ms. Arzola She’s informative and helpful!!!
