Krystal was a huge help despite an error on my part. Great place!

My husband & I have been coming to this location for the last few years and the staff here have always been awesome and friendly. Krystal in particular has been great and we’re on a first name basis with her. If they’re not busy at the time, we’ll just chat for a bit about stuff we each have going on. Definitely the friendliest loan place we’ve found & best Moneytree. (We’ve been to a couple others before this one.)

I go in every week and when I see Krystal's smiling face I know I'm gonna be taken care of. She's an amazing asset to their company and extremely competent at her job. If your lucky enough to get Krystal helping you, know your in the right hands.

I been doing Western union services for over 5 years, this location is always so pleasant and welcoming, The associate Ivan is always so friendly and wonderful to work with. I’ll definitely be referring my friends to this location for any services.

Moneytree was there for me when I needed a quick loan. It was easy to pay back and the interest rate wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. They had great customer service and I would use them again in a heartbeat. thanks to ivan for helping me out with the loan, will definitely go back to him whenever i need quick cash

Jessica was super nice and very professional. I honestly don’t know why she does not own the place. Intellectual, fierce yet poised, and a friendly disposition makes her the mvp. Y’all would cease to exist if it wasn’t for Jessica....oh and y’all cashed my check very nicely 🤙🏾

Went in a few days ago and a gentleman by the name Ivan helped me out. By far one of the best services experiences I’ve had went in to cash a check he was super attentive And really went the extra mile with cashing my check. He answered every question I ask. I will most definitely be returning. Good job money tree

Sorry gave this place a 5 star but not afraid to right review on customer service. Rosa never seen her, wasn't pleasant didn't greet me but HAPPILY greeted the people which was Chinese her nationality after me but was rude and unpleasant to me. Sorry but maybe reviews will get people to do their job correctly.

I was highly impressed by the great customer service Ivan offer me during my transaction. All my questions where answer in a professional manner. Ivan went above all my expectations I will definitely go back to this location.
