The services are shtty they accuse me of stolen property which was mines that I paid for with my own money and said that the police would invest so word of advice don't do there they really need to find better ppl to work not just anybody

Run away. The prices at these stores are a rip off at best and the customer service will make your spine turn to glass. do yourself a favor and shop Craigslist.

Just to be sure that money man was open I Googled it just to be sure that they were actually open and call and spoke with Judy and inquired about things that I was looking for and if they had them such as fishing rods and reels gaming consoles as well she was able to tell me yes they do have them and just to be sure I asked if they're going to be open and she says yes we close at 6:30 well it's only six when I got here and all the employees were stepping out smoking a cigarette and closing doors

these people don't put prices on certain things in their stores especially video games for some reason.everytime i go in here i always get the same rude black girl helping me i will ask the price of a specific game,she will then say well how much will you offer me for it??i will make a fair and reasonable offer and no matter what price i say she will ALWAYS come back and say a higher price then i offered.after i say no,she will roll her eyes at me and put the game back on the shelf this is a very sleazy sales tactic called a bait and switch which is a very unethical way of doing business.if your too lazy or not willing to take the time to put prices on each individual game.then why try to gouge your customers every single time they make a fair offer?if the games don't have prices clearly marked on them then they should all be the same price.i have been going to this pawn shop for over 8 years and the staff they have currently are by far the worst!!! if you are to lazy to put prices on your items,then have the nerve to gouge your customers with sleazy sales tactics, at least treat your customers with respect and don't roll your eyes at them!!!!i will just go to the james island location instead from now on.at least there the prices are good they will give you a reasonable occassional bargin and most importantly treat you with respect and give you service with a smile.it's amazing how different each store in the money man franchise can be...whoever owns this company should try to model all locations after the james island location.

Sold me a ring that was Supposed to be diamonds they were not then when I returned they only wanted to give me 3/4 of my money back they are a rip off would not suggest going there at all and the manager lady Monica is very unprofessional and hateful

Went to get a 40dollar loan on a four hundred dollar paint gun said they couldnt do it because they couldnt check it yet they have air tools for sale and lady in front of me had a 5dollar speaker box with one speaker bout to split yet they gonna give her a loan wont recommend this place to anyone

They are rude unprofessional and unlike most pawnshops they don't try and work out prices and they do not warranty there merchandise unless you pay for it,which I feel if u sell something to somebody wether it be new or used then u stand behind it,and if u are unsure of it then as a competent merchant then whey even buy it in the first place,me I go to genes jewelry and pawn r even cash America pawn, the warranties come free with the items and the always negotiate the prices and very professional ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

this is the worst money man pawn shop out of all of them by far!!!!yes they do have the best inventory but the only reason why is the prices are so ridiculously high that they barely sell enough to keep the store alive.they literally act like they are selling brand new stuff at least considering the prices they are asking for things.most all of the stuff is beat up or BROKEN.god forbid you ask for any type of deal on something because if it is more than 10.00 off the manager will roll his eyes at you and blow you off like your business means nothing to him...over the last 10 years i have at least spent well over $12,000.00 on merchandise from all the money mans combined.and to get the stupid manager rolling his eyes at you is a insult.for god sakes they are trying to sell BROKEN OUT OF DATE LAPTOPS for $150.00 and anything that actually works they ask anywhere from 300-500 at that point you may as well spend an extra 50 bucks and get a brand new laptop that isn't scratched to hell,beat up,and riddled with someone elses personal files and virus.anytime i go to any other money man pawn shop and make an offer on something they will at least make a counter offer NOT roll their eyes at me and make me feel unwelcome.... like rick did..what gets me the most is when i walk into the shop he is always really welcoming but if i make an offer on something he is a complete prick!!!!!i'm so sorry i made an offer on something that i am trying to make your store money on something that has been sitting on your shelf for over 6 months.... 99% of the time it is a complete waste of gas to even go to this shop.because i never get any type of deal.if you want a reasonable deal and great service got to james island or to summerville.IN CONCLUSION DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE THE PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS AND THE MANAGER IS A CONDECENDING PRICK!!!

They have about anything here .. but the prices where a little high ..Other then that its a ok place to shop for new and used things ..
