It seems rare these days to find not just one person but a whole team of people who are very knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond expectations to provide quality service and information. All of our questions were answered and thoroughly explained. This helped my wife and I to confidently make our choice from the several options at hand. I have owned a few homes and refinanced the loan for each home I've ever owned. I recently refinanced with Modern Lending. This was, hands down, the easiest, fastest, and smoothest refinance I have ever been involved with. I worked primarily with Jonathan and Jorge and they were extremely responsive and easy to work with. The rates offered were competitive and even better than the credit union rates. The refi costs were comparable, if not better, than other lenders. Everything leading up to the final notary signatures were signed electronically and communication was done mainly via email, which worked very well for me. I would definitely choose Modern Lending again and highly recommend them.
