Mobiloil Credit Union S Main St, Lumberton

I was having issues after I opened my account. The ladies were very kind and helped me through my issues & quickly as well. I don’t think I was in there any longer than 10 minutes. Thank you!

I'm only giving 2 stars because this has not been my experience Everytime, otherwise , id only give one star . this one time was enough to knock off 3 stars. I went in to withdraw $1000 but was told I could only get 500$ due to some fraud something or other going around. Yes, that's how it was explained to me by the little teller girl and quite rudely at that . She had no remorse for inconveniencing me and didn't have a better explanation . This totally inconvenienced me as I needed the full $1000 today but could not get it thanks to some "supposed" fraud going around. She didn't even tell me how long this would go on. I left very frustrated and hands tied because they would not let me get my own money out of my account that I clearly had available!

Impossible to get someone on the phone! Have called several times in the past few months and have never had less than 20 callers ahead of me! Don’t see how such a large business can’t have someone answer a phone when you call!

Im editing my review because im seeing some crazy reviews for mobiloil let me tell you mobiloil is by far the best! Trish the bank manager also heather i dont know her last name at mobil in lumberton is amazing they both go above and beyond to provide the best customer service! They have even helped after harvey to refinace us another vehicle and made it possible after loosing our car during harvey i will be forever grateful for mobiloil! Thank you mobiloil (Trish and heather) also to all the empoyees there as well for providing the best customer service!

This is the worst bank around. They use rules and regulations to keep you from collecting your money.
