My husband and I went to at least 30 different Mobile Home stores over the course of 3 months searching for a house. Nothing we found popped out at us like “this is the one!” We had talked about a certain style we liked and one day I had an AD on Facebook for Mobile Homes for Less and it was the style we had liked so we called to see if we could get in on a Sunday. We talked to Dequita and she met us there to show us the house. Once we were in it we realized it wasn’t for us, so we told her what we were looking for and she showed us two more homes they had on their lot. The 1st one she took us to we walked in and looked at each other like “this is the one!” She nailed what we wanted on the head. We signed that afternoon for our new home! We had site work to still do and they were amazing at holding our house there until we were ready. Anytime we called and had a question they had the answer, or would find it out for us. Once the home was delivered they still were in contact with us to help us through the process of fixing bumps and dings that happen with delivery. We struggled to get someone from the manufacturer of the home out to fix the problems (not MHFL) but Stan and his crew were always on top of it, keeping us informed on the latest, and in our corner to get things done right. We have now lived in the house for 9 months and if we have questions we call Stan and his team and they are so helpful! Out of all the places that we went to (and we went to some big name places) they were by far the most knowledgeable, helpful, and caring group. To them you aren’t just another sell...you become part of their team. We would give them 10/5 stars if we could!

I purchased a home from here almost a year ago and it started settling so the floors were loosening. I called to have them tightened back up and they were there the next day. Also the best prices and quality that I’ve found and I searched about 10 different locations before making a purchase. The staff is professional friendly and with you every step of the way. I had plumbing issues but my warranty was up on my Home. Stan Jr.gave me the number for the repair department and I talked with Ryan. We had sold our home and decided to buy a double wide to live in while we built our house. We visited all the dealers around Bryan and then went to Mobile Homes For Less in Rhône’s Prarie. We met Daquita and Stan and liked the way the shot straight with us about what to expect. We ended up buying a very nice Champion Athens and were in a big rush. Mhfl had our home delivered and set up within 2 weeks and we began moving in a few days later. We had a beautiful big deck built and upgraded the siding. Despite the rainy weather, all work was completed in a timely, neat and orderly manner. They finished this last Friday and we are very happy. This house is much nicer than we anticipated and will afford us to build a new house at our leisure. Our experience with Mobile Homes For Less was outstanding. We would recommend them to anyone. It’s great this day and age to do business with people that do what they say they will do.
