Would not recommend this company to anyone. The loan officer we worked with honestly put us through hell. Being a first time home buyer you'd think you would be educated on the process and that was not the case. One of the many incidences was when the loan offer notified the seller that we were waiting on the completion of our loan application, when in fact we had finished it 4 days prior.. and all he had to say was "My bad". Putting us behind on the whole process. This person also pre approved us for an amount, then a week before close (which was 20 behind schedule anyways) told us we would need a co-signer or 20% down when he well knew my work history before this. We never heard back from any supervisor after leaving a voicemail and went with a new company that was able to do this whole process over with us and we closed in 20 days!!! Word to the wise, don't use this company if you actually want to be able to purchase a home in a timely manner and with a professional company.

I don’t normally give a review. But this is not the first time I had to refi a house. And it was the worst experience I have ever had. I had told my lender that I changed my mind on cash out on loan and he said my interest rate should drop since I was not taking cash out. When I got my loan estimate it showed my interest rate went up. I called left message,emailed and sent a text message. No response! Till I left a not so nice message. He proceeds to tell me my interest went up cause I wasn’t taking cash out!

The staff at MMS Mortgage were friendly and very helpful. They communicated to me clearly and efficiently to get my mortgage approved and help my family move into our home. Thank you!!

Worst company to deal with. They were predatory in their approach to refinance my mortgage and put me at a higher interest rate. I agree with the other review, do not trust this company! Awful customer service! I went to pay my mortgage and it was past 5:00pm so the online payment system would not take my payment. They reported it late. Customers looking to finance a mortgage go elsewhere!!!

We had a great experience. Our specialist answered all of our questions and made us aware of all of the options available to us for our refinance. The whole process transpired very quickly.
