I recently got an auto loan from Ford through Mission Federal Credit Union. I logged into their website to make a payment and to set-up auto pay and I was highly disappointed to find out that they will not accept my debit card number or checking account number which is through a different bank. This means they will not accept my monthly payment because it is from a different bank and I don't know how I am going to pay my auto loan now. This issue is still unresolved. It turns out that you have to bank with them. I am in the U.S. Navy and this is highly unfeasible to change banks every time I transfer to a new duty station. If you are going to get a loan, I strongly recommend you do not use this bank as this is a ploy for them to get a bigger customer base using their accounts.

Been a member of this credit union for almost 3 years now and they’ve taken great care of me, management is very quick to resolve issues.

Curbside pickup was a great experience.
