NO LOYALTY, AS SOON AS I DIDN'T HAVE CHRCKING ACCOUNT COULDN'T HELP. BUT THEY PROMOTING THEY ARE INSTALLMENT LOAN COMPANY BUT ACTUALLY A PAYDAY LOAN, SO NOT ACCOUNT NO ASSISTANCE ‼️

I was so impressed at how Fast and easy it was to get a loan! For the person that gave a bad rating, I don’t know what happened...the staff was very friendly. Just make sure you have all of the documentations requested.

ATTENTION, ATTENTION DO NOT VISIT THIS LOAN COMPANY My mother and I went to this company to borrow some money as her and I were short, this was after I had called them about their services hours before. They told me that they only needed my ID, Debit Card and a 30-Day Debit Card transaction history, which I had clarified with the woman that I spoke on the phone with. Later we head on over thinking that we had all of the documents that was asked for, oh, I thought wrong as they also needed my 30 day Bank statement, which wasn't mentioned at all. Here's the proverbial "questionable" moment, it's when they asked for your auto loans and other loans and your Supervisor's name, which was never asked of us at Dollar Loan, Moneytree and Check City. We was completely surprised by it, by their sudden intrusiveness, they claim it's part of their "policy" and "underwriting process". They make it hard for those who need to borrow money, instead of easy. I recommend against this company as this company will never lend out their money to you.

The people in this location are very fast and dedicated to helping you. I've had two small loans and was in and out of there in 20 minutes.

Been dealing with them the last few years and i have never had a problem.

Their website lies about the loan requirements and the lady working here was rude. Don’t bother.

I went to this place today, what a joke!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE I Repeat please do not go to this place... now Went online filled out app, I called made sure they received it, they told me I needed a 30 day transaction did it, I went down there to sign a couple of agreements did that, I work at a casino so they needed my badge to verify I work there so I had go all the way home to get it, brought it back and they told they couldn't give me a loan really? There is a rude, disrespectful lady in there that is looking to deny you.. dont waste your time cause they will definitely waste yours trust me!!! They only get the one star because the lady with the tattoos was really nice. Minuteloan thanks for nothing!! and get rid of that lady in the front!!
