If there was a negative 5, I'd put that since they can't email or call me back nor pick up my phone call over a few simple questions. Yep, that's my honest opinion✌️

One of the worst workplace retirement account managers. Customer service is marginal at best. I had to tell them what kind of account my workplace account was because they kept saying 401K when it was a 403b, something they should be able to look at on the screen in front of them. I attempted to rollover my funds to Fidelity after I changed employers and they rolled it over to Schwab instead ! The heights of incompetence. If it weren't for government retirement accounts that they probably agree to service cheaper than the big names they would be out of business.

Milliman has a very poor corporate culture and it is reflected in their lack of accountability and willingness to accept responsibility for their mistakes. Retirees were not required to withdraw Required Minimum Distributions (RMD's) for 2020 because of COVID Despite that fact, Milliman as administrator of a retirement plan I am a participant in, issued RMD checks to me and hundreds if not thousands of other plan participants despite the fact we did not request or want to withdraw and pay state and federal income tax on the RMD's. They never contacted me, and I was told by Milliman, any other plan participant advising us of their mistake or providing us with instructions about what I had to do to reverse the transaction to avoid a taxable event. The reversal, I found out, has to be done within 60 days. No apology, no NOTHING. Furthermore, My money was withdrawn for a Guaranteed Investment Account (GIC) earning 4% and since part of the GIC was liquidated I now have to put the money in an account earning less than .05%.

Since they updated their website and related security a few months ago, I have been locked out of my account multiple times. The help center is cordial but they readily admit that their software just doesn't work with certain browsers -- including one of the more common, Firefox. This is further complicated by the fact that they do not have a help center open on week-ends and when you call the help center during normal business hours, the wait times are horrendous. It took me over an hour the last time I had to call... I was passed off to FOUR people and now I am locked out again! Another hour of my life... and at the expense of my employer since I am forced to call during work hours. This used to be a good company, but they have lost it. I am going to transfer my account.... IF I can ever get through to them to un-lock me! My advice would be to avoid Milliman due to the problems with their two (and sometimes THREE ) factor identification and their lack of support during non-business hours.

The worst financial institution I've ever dealt with. Nearly every single person that I interacted with was very rude, condescending or totally unhelpful. Their online system is garbage you cannot do anything through it and submitting forms through the mail is equally useless because they refused to sign certified letters. and it seems like they actively try not to give you any way to submit forms or get forms electronically. When I was trying to get my 401k and employee stock out of milliman every single time I called I was given a different excuse why they could not help me and different workers would give me different totally unrelated reasons. I spent nearly a year-and-a-half trying to get all of my money out of the account with them and I have finally succeeded and I feel like the weight of the world is off my shoulders

Absolute crooks!! They took money from my last check (which they weren't supposed to AFTER being notified) and they refuse to give it back, as the "fee" for doing so is equivalent to the amount they stole. Conclusion-I have NO way of getting my money back. What's worse? I filed a BBB complaint, which they IGNORED. That's right, they will steal your money, refuse to give it back, and ignore your attempts to obtain a solution. Crooked and unprofessional! Do NOT invest with them. Fidelity always treated me well and never stole money from me. Go with them, or really ANY company other than this one.

Horrible. 37 days ago I called in for a loan against my 401k. I was told I would have the check in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called back to see what had happened.... They stopped payment on my check and sent a second check. I was told I would have it in a week! 37 days later and no check. No I’m really hurting because my family needed this money. MY MONEY!!!! I

Unprofessional and uneducated. If I ask you something, you as the professional should be able to find the answer on the same phone call. You should not be telling me you need up to 5 business days to figure out a simple question. People leave jobs or change job status all the time so how is it that you don't know if someone is or is not fully vested. I do not appreciate my time being wasted nor being spoken to in a rude manner.

This has been one of the worst customer service interactions I've had. Moving money out of this account takes weeks to months and > 15 conversations. They make every step complicated and full of mistakes.
