Millennium Title of Texas, L.C. W Sam Houston Pkwy, Houston

This was my 1st time closing at this title company, I hope it will be my last. I'm a Realtor the closer name was Patti. I walked into the closing room she never acknowledged me, nor did she look up. I had to introduce myself and ask her, her name then she finally " Small talked as needed". I still smiled and tried to make light conversation because I'm a very happy and energetic person. She did light talk with my buyers which was good. I was suppose to receive my wire that same day, I never did. I emailed the next morning and Informed the escrow agent I never received my wire this was 9:00am, she said she would call back after she finished what she was working on. I never got a call back. So I called back at 11:00am and spoke to Michael which he said I would have it in 30 mins. Millennium Title company will never get my personal business, we only closed here bc it was through a builder. They need to wok on their customer service, being personable and their follow through with their Real Estate agents. I just like my business wasn't appreciated there at all, and that is never good if you wish to stay in business long term.

As a realtor this company is least professional. Documents which they requested weren't shared internally so we get asked multiple times to send document. The company doesn't respond on time. I have an issue right now where the sponsoring Broker has moved and they cut a check to old office. Even after the Broker released a statement releasing the change they won't change it. Bob laughs at the customer! Very unprofessional.

This place never answer the phone.. My HOA has been billing me since Nov 2020 for something I paid at closing that was sent to them and no one seems to know what is going on!

Closer did not communicate with me(buyers realtor)during transaction or at closing. Terrible customer service.

Always gets the job done successfully :) Great attitudes & Smooth process!

Send payments to the wrong person. Still can't fix it. Terrible.
