Mike was the best loan officer we've ever worked with. He helped us figure out a creative solution to buy our property. He's the only loan officer we've worked with that did more than just tell us our rate. He showed us all of our options, walked through the numbers, and explained everything very clearly. We will definitely work with him again as we buy more properties in Colorado.

Mike and his team were awesome through our refinishing process. Mike stood out from other loan originators than my wife and I have dealt with before because of the amazing initial presentation and his responsiveness throughout the process. In the initial presentation Mike explained all of options and made easy to read graphs to help us make the best discussion for our situation. Doing the process he was responsive and helpful thought, answering any questions that we had. Also he used a great title company for closing that was great and let us do a virtual closing. Highly recommend Mike for financing or refinishing your home.

We were referred to Mike Stone and Mega Star Financial. At first the experience went smoothly. However when it came time to close on a BEAUTIFUL house, Mike told the listing agent that we weren't that far along in the underwriting process. Needless to say, because of Mike misleading us after even having presented us with us a pre-approval later, we failed to get the house we wanted. When confronted about it, Mike didn't even seem to really care. We would have appreciated transparency. After quickly moving to a different lender, Spire Financial, we had no problems getting the FIRST house we bid on. It was like night and day. So in short, save your time and money and DO NOT work with this lender.

Mike was great when I was buying a house during the crazy market of summer 2021. I was having my family co-sign the loan, and he was patient walking us all through the details. He was responsive as we put in offers, and closing went through without a hitch. Recommend!
