Mike was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We thought we should be pre-approved prior to meeting with a real estate agent, so we got pre-approved through our bank with almost no questions asked but also almost no information given. When we met with the real estate agent, they immediately put us into contact with Mike, with no expectations that we had to use him as our mortgage broker. Mike met with us over the phone and explained every part of the mortgage process in detail so we actually understood the decisions that we were making, and how to weigh various options against each other. He was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, I can't recommend his services enough.
