Midland States Bank Indian Springs Dr, Sandwich

This bank is one of the most innovative I dealt with. They are always advancing their technology. You can even do loan processing, bill payments, move money with Zelle and account opening 100% online. This helps a lot as I live in a remote location. I sent a family member money and they had it in 60 seconds. That's a great service.

I almost never do reviews. In this case, my experiences have been so disappointing. So far behind other larger banks, it's mind-boggling.

The worst bank I've ever dealt with. They never want to fix ur problem. I've had my account locked so many times for reasons They can't give. Again worst bank in the town

I wish they had zero stars for rating. They told me an account that lays dormant for a long period is subject to a total loss so I tried to roll over a 51 thousand dollar c.d.and they lost the paperwork and wanted me to refill the paperwork. red flag reflag.... RED FLAG!!!!!!!! i'got very upset and withdrew MY money These charged me 90 dollars to do so ( is that legal ) They don" even know how to change their caller id if you google stupid.... they pop up Don't ever trust this bank

I've banked at the Sandwich location for 18 years before Midland States Bank took it over from Centrue and before that, Union Bank And I'm done. There is no small town feel anymore. The tellers and personal bankers continue to be wonderful, but they are hamstrung by the higher fees, new fees, and shorter banking hours that have destroyed their customer service. I'm moving everything to my credit union accounts as soon as possible! RUN!
