MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Sw College Rd, Ocala

I came to mid Florida in Ocala on I'm 200 ti use the drive-through window to get my rent. Bret Was super attentive, Even though there was more than one person at the window I didn't have to wait very long. He acknowledged that I was there as soon as I pulled up, he let me know that he was working on my request and that he would get to it as soon as he was able to. He asked me my preference on bill sizes And he also made sure To remind me that my bank card and my license was inside the envelope is the envelope with my money. ( I am infamous for forgetting my bank card and license inside the tube) The entire experience only took but a couple minutes, I would absolutely come back again and using drive-throughTo see Brett.

I have had a checking account for a few months with MidFlorida.. Bret recommended refinancing my vehicle with MidFlorida.. Debbie was helpful with the process of applying for my loan and knowledgeable.

Literally the slowest bank I've ever had to deal with. I'd be able to avoid it if the company I work for didn't use it. Always takes so long just to get bills changed. I've actually sat there at the window waiting for them to finish for 25 minutes! Every time. But do they say anything or care? No.

Went into get my loan refinance from another company, because I have my other loan there. I felt that Debbie isn't experienced. Please go to a different location that has more experience personal.

I really would NOT recommend this bank! I visited the branch to join the credit union and open an account and the first thing I was told is they run a credit report. Ummm, okay. The rep took all my information and ran my credit and told me I definitely qualified for a checking and savings account but then said “hang on one second while I check with my manager. She then came back and told me they couldn’t open an account for me because I am on furlough and on unemployment because of the Covid pandemic. They seem very “snooty” as if they pick and choose their customers. I currently have bank accounts elsewhere and have NEVER been overdrawn. What a joke. Stay away!

This branch always has helpful and friendly staff, Brett was helpful with my questions and deposit. Happy to bank with mid Florida
