    Valarie Tharrington (Relationship Banker-South Lakeland)! Let me start by saying how awesome she truly is with customer care. Valarie went above and beyond my expectations of what I consider great customer service. Valarie refinanced my auto loan for me saving me over HALF my interest rate. As a Insurnace agency owner, I witnessed today that there are still people in customer service that have it together from the beginning. Valarie asked me for all the correct paperwork from the very beginning and had my loan approved within 45!minutes. I just cannot thank her enough for just doing her job and caring. Thank you again Valarie, you rock.

    The banks atm shredded my debit card and then my account got 2 overdraft fees. My credit card triple charged my account and the bank manager Sandra assures me that this is my problem and she wont be able to help me out with the overdraft charges. That my best bet would be trying a different bank. What????? How is it solely the customers problem that your atm shredded their bank card? Complete trash, 15 years of loyalty means nothing to this bank Avoid at all costs

    The drive thru is the worst they literally take 10 minutes or more to cash a check. They seem to want to process every one at the same time instead of getting who gets there first. Even if it's not busy it still takes longer than it should, nice people though.

    Why does it take almost a week to deposit cash in the atm and have it applied to you account? This is absolutely ridiculous. Checks are cleared faster than cash is. That makes literally no sense.

    I have been a Mid Florida client for 20+ years. I have had 3 different business accounts as well as my personal account. In the last 6 months I have has 3 issues with this branch, and never an issue at any other branch over that 20 year span. I had a withdraw of over $10,000, so they asked me to wait in the lobby while they got it together, and then the teller came out to me and handed me to envelopes full of money and said, "Here's your money", then turned and walked away. She didn't call me up and count it for me, just "Here's your money." Very rude and not very personable. Then within 3 weeks, I had a teller, type in the wrong account on 2 of my deposits, 1 for $4,000+ and 1 for $1,100+, and put them in the wrong account. Verified with the branch that my name was written on the deposit slip, yet that was not verified, an my money went to someone else. If I did not catch it, I still wouldn't have my money. There are some serious QUALITY CONTROL issues with this branch!!!!
