Usually use the outside drive through teller without issue but went inside today due to having a larger withdrawal to make. The initial person at the counter said immediately that she couldn’t help me in a very snarky way without mentioning that the transaction was possible and she would have to have someone else take care of the matter. I was asked to move to a window further away then asked to move back to original window then asked to move to another window. Very frustrating experience, disorganized, unprofessional, and most importantly the staff were not concerned at all with the way in which I was treated. This branch needs seasoned staff and someone to monitor the front counter. This used to be a great place to bank. Really sad......

This is the absolute worst branch. The 3008 S FL branch. Rude as can be teller. It was almost humorous but it was so frustrating. We went this morning to deposit my husband's paycheck and another check. Not totaling more than $600. They inform us that they will not cash the check or deposit it with no hold as we've been doing for 8 months now. They tell us that's the standard and he even talked to his manager. He was very rude and this has never been an issue we have never had a problem depositing and having funds available. He told us that was the account that we had which is not true. We went to our usual branch and deposited with no trouble. They absolutely just did not want to honor our business.

I opened an account on line and decided to stop by the branch on South Florida Ave to check the status on a Monday. Jeff Borneman was very responsive to my concern. Accurate with his description of addressing my concern. He was informative of my needs and helpful with the process! He was off on Tuesday and I followed up with James Andrews explained to him how Jeff impressed me and I was disappointed because he wasn't there. James listened to my concern. He apologized for Jeff being off with empathy. He followed up on Jeff's notations for my file AND FINALIZED my LOAN in 2 1/2 Days! Thank you, thank you so much for upholding the highest integrity a employee could with customers service that exceeded ALL EXPECTATIONS! i recommended this branch to any one it is definitely worth the drive..... All this wouldn't have been possible if Ashley the reception wasn't concerned enough about a stranger and a new member! Thank you 3 for all you done for the new member me!

Came in to deposit money and come to find out they deposited my cash into some random persons account. I come in the next time they’re open and now I’m being told that only the manager and the teller who did it are the only ones who can fix it. They couldn’t tell me when the manager is coming in. I am beyond frustrated that this even happened to begin with.

Customer service on the phone is terrible. Waited on phone for 30 mins only to talk to gentleman and he was getting upset on the call. We ask questions and said back we cant do that. I’m trying to help you. Gentle tone was extremely rude, he didn’t give me his name. And when I spoke after what he said, he simply hung up the phone.

I can't say enough about Michelle Miller. If you need to refinance your auto. REALLY there's nobody better. She really is a rock star. Thank you for your dedication and a job well done. This lady was relentless until the job was done. 😁

Absolutely love MidFlorida CU & this branch right here especially. From the Manner to the tellers I've NEVER had a single complaint. They've never had an issue Ice come to them about that didn't result in me leaving happy with the issues corrected. If you're looking for a new bank or need to visit a branch stop here! Don’t open an account here. They have no idea what they are doing. I had to meet with the Manager who ignored me. All just to try to open a simple account because the account services person “Maria” didn’t know how to. Such a joke!

Disreputable thieves Mid Florida credit Union Waits until you're traveling and then they block your card for your transactions and deliberately cut you off from your funds they have blocked my access to my funds for the last 4 weeks
