    I don't think people give enough credit for Midflorida, especially Bartow Branch. No institution is 100% perfect. At least they're trying. Bartow employees are working hard and trying their best to help its members. Branch manager always there and helps out, and Stephanie always try her best to helps members. Ashley and Autumn are fun to work with and they have a lot of knowledge about their products and services. They value there members, also they have better fee compare to others institutions. Some people complained about the wait time but people doesn't know what these people are dealing with daily. A lot of time, it not them, the delay cause by members in the front line. The employees are there to taking care of your money and business. Sometime it takes times to make sure thing is good to go.

    Went to use the ATM and it ate my card. It did the same thing to the person next to me. Then went to the drive-thru they told me that it had been a recurring issue, with no hopes for a fix. And that's the kind of customer service you get here, that's why I moved to a real credit union, Suncoast.

    This post relates only to waiting times for the help desk. I have left a “callback service” almost three hours ago. I have been on hold for more than 90 minutes. I am locked from my account. What gives?

    Came to deposit a check for $5857.51. Robert was the staff attending me. Waited for40 mins. Took them so much time to finish the procedures. The que was around 7 + people waiting. Really poor service waiting time for 40 mins is really agitating.

    *wife and I pull up* *I fill out a deposit ticket with MY NAME and ACCOUNT NUMBER* *wife is depositing HER CHECK with HER information.* *Teller takes money from HER account to give to ME* Clerk needs to be fire as that's a huge mistake and two seperate accounts.
