MidFirst Bank Cook St, Denver

If you want a bank that doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t have your back charges you for everything and can’t even dispute a fraudulent charge then this is it! When I asked them to dispute the charge they seriously gave me a phone number to call the fraudulent vendor so I can call them and ask for my money back. (Obviously didn’t work since it was fraud and I lost $$700) Worst bank ever! Don’t get fooled! They are closing locations and will be out of business very soon!

Great full service bank with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Small enough to know their depositors .

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is literally the WORST bank ever! I loved them when they were Steele Street. Midfist has gotten more wrong than right! I've been trying to transfer my HSA account because they have no clue what to do with an HSA account. It's taken a month. Finally I told them I would just write a check for the full amount into my newly opened account. I go to write the check and my balance is now $0 and (as always) no one has a clue. I have a business account there too, which I will be transferring, because they can seem to get that right either...math is hard! Do yourself a favor, take your money elsewhere. Under your mattress would be safer!

I don’t know how anyone can give them a bad review. I’ve been coming here since I opened and started my business in Denver and they’ve been nothing sort of amazing and accommodating. They all know me by name now and Donut Friday’s are the best thing ever
