MidFirst Bank S Market St, Gilbert

First, I have to say everyone is usually very friendly when I go in to this branch. Today I went in to open a CD. There were two bankers and several tellers. Both bankers (i'm pretty sure 1 of them was the branch manager) were on the phone so I was told to have a seat. I sat there for 40 minutes and there was not a single customer the whole time I was there. I felt totally ignored. Finally, I just left. They have decent rates so I may go back and give them one more chance...if it happens again I'll be opening that CD at a different bank, where they at least act like they want my business. Edit March 2022: since then I have had no problems at this branch and everyone is helpful and pleasant to deal with...I'm gonna add a few stars for that!

Horrible bank I’d try another one before going here. Initial set up took over a month and even now still nothing but problems. Unhappy customer, too many banks to be treated this horribly.

Ryan, Edgar, Brendan, Tiana, and Kevin are rockstars! Great customer service, they have a lot of locations, but still offer the customer service you get at the banks with one or two locations. Free checking accounts business and personal (I believe) and they still offer refunds on ATM withdrawal fees. Great bank. This location has an amazing staff!

I’m a teenager so I really have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to banking, but the staff helped me with everything. Also everyone is super chill and I feel welcomed when I come in.

I love coming here since you always get immediate service with no wait and they offer free bottles of water to anyone coming in. It's much better than the over crowded bank of America or Wells Fargo.
