MidFirst Bank Sw 44th St, Oklahoma City

If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible customer service and terrible attitude problems toward elderly people or people with learning disabilities. I suggest BancFirst to anyone looking to get a bank account. Midfirst is supposed to be customers first but with these employees I beg to differ. Do better, in such an ugly world, do better!

I just had a bad experience with one of the lady’s that works here in the drive thru she was being so rude and I felt rushed. I feel like canceling my account with MidFirst if this happens again.

Went in at 1:50 pm on a Sat. Th bank hours are from 9am to 3pm , like I said I went thru the drive thru to make a deposit ,a sign in the window read "Sorry you just missed us", how could I have just missed them at 1:50 when they were supposed to be open till 3pm.? So I go to get a deposit envelope to put my deposit in so I could use the night deposit and it was totally empty, this shows me they are not really caring about their customer's at all. It just says go to another location..

How do you write a bank? They all performed pretty much the same functions. They take your money and pay a little bit of Interest, they provide checking services, they sell stiff Achatz of deposit, they make loans, they sell mortgages, and some provide Trust Services. The only way I know to tell them apart, is by the types and amounts of fees they charge for their services. Find one with low or no fees, and stick with them.

Most branches are great, this one is not. Everytime time I go here something is wrong. Today they put my money in an incorrect account! Thankfully I caught it. Do yourself a favor and go to a different branch.

Ive been banking with midfirst since ive gotten out of high school its been 9 years I would really recommend anyone start start a bank account with midfirst

I would have to say this is the worst bank I have ever used I do not recommend this bank to anyone unless you like giving away free money none of the employees are on the same page everyone of them has a different reason why something went wrong on your account.If you use this bank make sure you use the app on your phone so you can watch them...😡🙀😾

I had a horrible experience with this location and will never come back. Only keeping my account because of the awesome location downtown.
